This past Tuesday was National Milk Chocolate Day, and as a follow up, Hilliards House of Candy – the leading candy and chocolate maker in Greater Boston – provides a link here to a wonderful story, published on the occasion at The Huffington Post.
Titled, “In Defense Of Milk Chocolate, The Underdog Of The Chocolate World,” and written by Alison Spiegel, the story trumpets merits of milk chocolate.”
Indeed, and taking off on the premise of the story that milk chocolate often doesn’t get the same love as does dark chocolate – with the reputation of dark chocolate benefiting from the several health benefits attributed to it – Ms. Speigel makes a case in the article for why, in some ways, milk chocolate may be “better” than dark chocolate. Interesting.
